During individual therapy, clients address challenges
they've been experiencing and gain skills in order to live their most healthy lives.
My therapeutic approach is informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT),
and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Compassion, laughter, and unconditional acceptance provide
the foundation for a healthy therapeutic relationship.
